We offer a 14-day return policy for faulty products (unraveled cords, broken clasps) that have not been used. Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellations are not accepted.

If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For orders with free shipping, the free shipping only applies to the initial shipment.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.

The following orders cannot be exchanged:
